For long languid vacation days with my children Oahu Hawaii was an absolute paradise. We visited every beach on Oahu. Some days we’d just hang out. We’d feed the sparrows at dawn; wander down to the beach or pool for a swim. Both my sons learned to swim in Hawaii. We’d take a nap and wake to watch turtles at 2 and dolphins at 4. It was an amazing vacation.
